Social Media Personality Tito Mars made a response on the news regarding school teachers complaining about the hours of work they have to render during the day.
In a news report in “Frontline Tonight” on TV5/News 5. Some teachers voiced out their concern to the DepEd order No. 05 which provides teachers with a streamlined workload on teaching — six (6) hours of actual classroom teaching, and two (2) hours allocated for teacher ancillary tasks which may be spent within or outside school premises.
Teachers claimed that it may affect their health.
Tito Mars reacted on his video.
The Social Media Personality gritted that it would be embarrassing for the non-teaching profession and workers to complain about the hours of their work especially those who worked in healthcare.
“Talaga ba? Eh ‘di mag-half day na lang kayo,” Tito Mars on his video. He added.
Tito Mars claimed that these teachers only want less hours of work to create content on social media, to document their lives while at school.
Tito Mars also pointed out that it isn’t a valid reason to complain about the added hours because of how hard it is to be a teacher. They have benefits, that other workers usually don’t have, for instance, vacation pay and sick pay.
