Staunton brings a 5th win for Creamline against Choco Mucho

The American import Erica Staunton of Creamline was wonder after the of their sister team Choco Mucho on saturday during the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference at the  Mall of Asia Arena.

The total of the fans inside the Mall of Asia Arena is more than 9,000 fans to support the Rebisco team. Erica Staunton was the player of the game against the Choco Mucho with 19 points, 17 attacks and 2 blocks. 

“Honestly, that was like some of the most… I mean hands down the most fun volleyball environment that I have ever been a part of” – Erica Staunton

Staunton knows that there are gonna be a lot of fans to watch, that is why she performs well and does her best to get the win over Choco Mucho with 3 straight sets.

“So I knew coming into it that there were gonna be a lot of fans, there were gonna be a lot of eyes watching. I kinda just wanted to focus on enjoying it because you never know if I’m ever gonna play in a crowd like that again.”  -Erica Staunton

For Choco Mucho it was a tough loss, The Flying Titans fell to 2-5 standing placing them at 9th rank in the PVL Teams. Along with Staunton, Bernadeth Pons continues to contribute in her team despite the absence of the core of the team.
